At DafenArts, our lead times vary depending on the type of service you select. We maintain rigorous standards for hand-painting and natural drying to ensure your masterpiece arrives in perfect condition.

1. Processing Timelines by Order Type

For Masterpiece Replicas in stock, dispatch occurs within 1-3 business days.

Every masterpiece is 100% hand-painted. Please allow 7-14 business days for our artists to complete your painting and ensure it is fully dry before shipping.

2. Global Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (Retail/Custom): We primarily use FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Typical transit time is 7-10 business days globally.
• Wholesale Logistics: For bulk orders, we offer Air Cargo (Fast) or Ocean Freight (Economical) options. These orders are packed in reinforced wooden crates to ensure maximum stability.
• Pre-Shipment Approval (Custom Only): For all custom portraits and wholesale orders, we provide high-definition photos or video for your approval before dispatch.

3. Full Insurance & Packaging

• 100% Insured: Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage.
• Secure Packaging: Small orders are shipped in heavy-duty, moisture-proof tubes. Large wholesale orders are carefully layered with acid-free protective film and shipped in custom-built wooden crates.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Duty-Free Info)

• USA & Australia: Most hand-painted artworks are typically Duty-Free under current trade regulations for original art.
• EU & Others: VAT or local import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and collected by the carrier.
